Subscription Cancellation & Refunds
You have the right to cancel your Zuhal subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase without providing a reason. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our support team at support@zuhal.io.
Here are the key details regarding cancellations and refunds:
- Cancellation Timing: Your cancellation will take effect starting from the next scheduled billing date.
- Refund Eligibility: If you cancel within the 14-day period, we will refund your initial payment within 14 days of receiving your request. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for your purchase, and you will not incur any additional fees for the reimbursement.
- Non-Refundable Charges: Charges incurred prior to your cancellation request are non-refundable.
Exceptions to Refunds
